Hi, I'm Ruth. I've been working in natural health since 1999 as a therapist, lecturer and writer.

This blog here, Herbs, Healing & Homoeopathy is a little different. It's not for everyone. In fact, to be honest, I'm writing it for myself.
It's a space where I can let my mind wander, ramble, go on adventures and explore what I truly love - anatomy, physiology, mental health, herbs, healing and homoeopathy!
It's a space where I can make notes for future books, teachings and workshops as well as explore new remedies and herbs.
